Hay, if we are going to live long enough to piss on the graves of the monsters that are now running the world at this sad time in our Earth’s History -we need to stay healthy. There are many ways to do this that include: exercise, drinking lots of good water and… eating LESS (no?) animal fat. In fact, if you become a vegetarian, I can guarantee you will not only live longer, but your sex life will also improve! The Meat, Dairy and Pharmaceutical industries are certainly not going to tell you –not telling you is their bread and butter, so to speak. Most Doctors won’t tell you either, either because they’re pushing the latest drug to lower this or that -for a commission, or they just don’t know. You see most doctors are not trained in the finer art of Nutrition, they are trained to cure the symptoms not the cause of disease. Funny through, many health insurance companies will impart with some of this information… could it be, that’s because the longer you live the more premiums you have to pay them?
